SciFi and Fantasy Art Tiger-Mantis by Lauren Tregenza


	My brother was saying that all I could draw was mermaids and that I never did anything else, so I made him tell me a picture that I could draw for him to show that he was wrong.....so he said to do a cross between a praying mantis and a tiger.......and so the tiger-mantis was born!!!

You captured the essence of both creatures very well and melded them beautifully. Your tiger limbs and paws look great. Tigers, I like. I've really enjoyed looking at your gallery. I love your fearless use of color, and that you clearly do researching your animals pretty well for use in your drawings.

Just to fill in from my sis,an animal freak(also loves dinosaurs,but Jurassic Park 2 scared her silly!)She think's you've pictured it really well and maybe should try a dolphin and something but I corrected her that you hated dolphins,so she says sorry,maybe a dinosaur and a creature alive today so thanks for reading my babble(partly my sisters!)and we both adore your work.
