The wrinkles are fine, just try some deeper shading. 3. Sharpen your pencils more often for sharper edges 4. Layer your colouring to give it a more realistic feel (a slightly lighter or the same colour) to cover the white spots of paper. and 5. If you make a perspective like the bed either draw yourself a point to where the lines run towards or make sure the lines are of equal width and length. So now... this maube sounds really harsh, but that's because I'm trying to do as you asked (give constructive criticism) I do really like this picture! And the idea especially!
